Two weekends ago a very unfortunate accident happened in Louisville during a triathlon. A man heavily under the influence plowed in to a gentleman from the race and killed him. By all accounts the driver was a ticking time bomb and it appears he will have the book thrown at him.
A week later in the Courier Journal an article about cycling safety appeared.
